GECS have the proper resources to support the client(s) to manage their projects starting from setting up the tender documents including targeted scope and plan until completing the project constructions and hand over to operations. Scope includes but not limited to the followings:
Documents Review
Documents Control
All Quality Assurance and Quality Control Scope
Site attendance during fabrications, constructions, Installations and / or commissioning and handover to Operations.
Performance and Progress Reporting.
